Nationwide virtual classroom for teacher training during the pandemic
The COMPITE Foundation, together with MINERD and UNDP, needed an e-learning platform as a service to enable one hundred thousand teachers for online teaching during the pandemic.
The problem
Train 100,000 teachers in virtual teaching within a short timeframe and at national scale, ensuring continuous support for facilitators and educators in an emergency context.
Our solution
We designed, implemented, and managed a Moodle-based virtual classroom delivered as a service for 12 months, with a specialized Service Desk providing remote support to facilitators and teachers, plus full documentation of the training delivered.
Impact
Educational continuity guaranteed at national scale during the pandemic, enabling one hundred thousand teachers for online teaching with sustained support throughout the program.
