Privacy Policy

This policy explains which personal data GDT processes through gdt.do, why, and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Dominican Republic Law 172-13 on the protection of personal data.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect and why

• Contact form: name, email address, company (optional) and message. We use them to answer your inquiry and follow up commercially.
• Sofia, our AI assistant: before using her tools (savings calculation, PDF assessment, scheduling) she asks for your name, email and company. We use them to personalize the analysis, email you the assessment and notify our sales team. The conversation is processed in real time to generate replies.
• Interactive demos (simulator, quick wins gallery, vision demo): the text or files you upload are processed in real time to show you the result and are not stored on our servers.
• WhatsApp and phone: if you message or call us, we process your number and what you tell us in order to help you. WhatsApp is a Meta service and is also governed by its own policy.
• Browsing data: only if you accept measurement cookies (section 4).

3. Legal basis

We process your data with your consent: the consent you give when submitting the form, identifying yourself to Sofia or accepting measurement cookies. You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before.

4. Cookies and measurement

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4, which tells us how many people visit the site, which pages they view and where they come from, and to measure conversions from our Google Ads campaigns (for example, when someone submits the form or taps the WhatsApp button). These tools only set cookies if you accept them in the cookie notice. If you reject them, Google does not store analytics or advertising cookies in your browser.

The events we measure do not include your name, email or other contact details. Google Analytics retains browsing data for 14 months. Google acts as a data processor and may process data on servers outside the Dominican Republic.

We store your choice in your browser’s local storage for 12 months. To change it, use the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of any page.

5. Data processors

We only share data with the providers we need to run the site:

• Resend: email delivery (form notifications, Sofia’s assessment).
• Anthropic (Claude): AI model that generates the replies of Sofia and the interactive demos.
• Google (Tag Manager, Analytics 4 and Ads): measurement, only with your consent.
• Vercel and Cloudflare: hosting and delivery of the site.

These providers operate mainly in the United States. We do not sell your data.

6. Retention

Contact and Sofia data are kept for up to 12 months from the last contact, or until you ask us to delete them. Google Analytics data, 14 months.

7. Your rights

You can access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data. Write to [email protected] with the subject “ARCO Rights”.

8. Changes to this policy

We will publish any change on this page and update the date above.
