Accessible institutional portal, CENDOE, and a mobile app for teacher scholarship management
The National Institute for Teacher Training (INAFOCAM) needed to modernize its digital presence and digitize the scholarship application process, complying with Dominican State accessibility standards.
The problem
An outdated institutional portal and manual scholarship processes that hindered citizen access and did not meet NORTIC B2:2017 and WCAG accessibility standards.
Our solution
We delivered a complete redesign of the institutional web portal with NORTIC/WCAG compliance, a new digital scholarship application process, the Educational Documentation Center (CENDOE) portal, and a mobile app to apply for and track scholarships.
Impact
An accessible digital presence and a fully digitized scholarship process that brings INAFOCAM services closer to teachers across the country.
